The 21st Annual Falmouth Walk will start off on Saturday, August 13, 2011 at 10:00 AM from the Falmouth Town Hall Square.

The distance is 3.2 miles. This year's walk will benefit several Falmouth charities including: Around the Table Meals Program, the Falmouth Military Support Group, the Haven for Healing, and the Ellen T. Mitchell Scholarship Fund.

The entry fee will be $20 per person. Registration will start on Friday evening, August 12, from 4:30-7:30 PM at the Quarterdeck Restaurant, 164 Main Street in Falmouth across the street from Town Hall. It will resume again on Saturday morning from 9:00 AM until a few minutes before the walk begins at 10:00 AM.

Our fun tradition continues after the walk on the beautiful grounds of St. Barnabas Memorial Church, 91 Main Street, where a Post Walk Picnic and Raffle/Auction will be held. Last year in 2010, thanks to you, we had over 600 walkers and raised over $25,000 to match what we raised the year before.

The Falmouth Walk is an annual charity event that raises money for local Falmouth charities. It's held in August on the day before the Falmouth Road Race, and was founded in 1991 by local celebrities Eddie Doyle and Tommy Leonard. We are a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that is staffed and managed by volunteers. All profits are donated to charities.
